Job Title: Environmental Cleaning Specialist
Job Location: Sturgis, MI
Job Type: Contract (possible extension or convert to hire)
Shift Structure: 1st Shift, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday
3rd Shift. 11:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
The role of the Environmental Cleaning Specialist:
• Perform industrial cleaning of production areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Mix and apply chemical cleaning solutions/solvents as needed to ensure thorough sanitation.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to handle cleaning materials properly.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet cleaning standards and schedules.
About the Environmental Cleaning Specialist: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
• High School or equivalent required*
• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, sanitation, or a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and follow safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
