The Role:

SnapLogic is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. This person will oversee SnapLogic's daily presence across social networks and create engaging content targeted at customers, prospects, and key influencers. Working with the marketing leadership team and across all the functions, you will be responsible for developing the outbound social strategy to raise the awareness of our brand. Furthermore, you will be an integral part of each marketing campaign to generate preference and demand for SnapLogic products, through message creation and execution of social programs with and through our customers and partners.

This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be able to work on-site in San Mateo, CA.

What You'll Do:

    • Manage day-to-day social media strategy and activities for SnapLogic
    • Write and create compelling content for social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook in order to increase SnapLogic's reach 
    • Continuously monitor online social media presence, responding to comments, questions, and issues
    • Manage social presence for select company executives
    • Identify and activate internal and external social media champions to promote the SnapLogic brand 
    • Work closely across the marketing team to support awareness and thought leadership initiatives to execute against various marketing KPIs
    • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns

What We're Looking For:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism or related field preferred
    • 5+ years experience working in social or digital media
    • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other graphics program
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Passionate and creative thinker
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work with both internal and external parties
