About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow our Manila operations center and understand how we can scale and strengthen our company culture through people data.  As a People Data and Reporting analyst, you will be the analytical cornerstone within the People Operations team who will harness data to drive informed decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.

What you'll do:

    • Use data to curate a dynamic and high-performing organization where people are happy and successful 
    • Generate reports and analyze people metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in areas such as talent acquisition, employee turnover, retention, and engagement.
    • Enable strategies that optimize employee satisfaction, retention, and continuous professional development using data analytics practices and processes.
    • Support recruitment and retention efforts by enhancing existing reports and dashboards for the Recruiting team, and building new ones.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside the People Operations team to develop and refine people policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you'll need:

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or related roles, focusing on data analytics and/or HRIS management.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization through data.
    • Strong understanding across various facets of People Operations / HR.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    •  A "let's get it done" mindset.
    • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
    • self-starter attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate, and find ways to gather the data you  need to make sound analysis and insights will make you much more effective in this role.
