About the role:

With our global footprint and hyper growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow our 200-person Manila operations center. The Manila office is responsible for all Customer Support, Consumer and Small Business Sales, Enterprise Logistics, and Centralized Editing operations. The General Manager of Snappr Philippines will be responsible for managing the entire operations center and working with the executive team to drive growth and customer retention through cross functional initiatives.

What you'll do:

    • manage functional leaders to create and optimize operational processes
    • manage and drive growth in headcount to fulfill our growth targets
    • analyze the productivity and performance of each team, and identify areas for improvement
    • recommend and execute initiatives to drive growth
    • create and maintain a strong culture in the office that is consistent with the founding team's vision
    • maximize employee happiness and retention, and set up support and training systems to facilitate professional growth
    • hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you'll need:

    • bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
    • 5-10 years of experience managing an operations team
    • exceptional Excel, SQL and data analytics skills
    • experience with creating and optimizing operational processes
    • a "let's get it done" mindset
    • a data-driven approach to decision-making and communications
    • demonstrated leadership of leading initiatives and projects at your organization.
    • the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
    • self-starter attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
    • strong leadership skills to motivate every employee
