About the role:

Snappr is the largest on-demand marketplace for professional photography in the world. As the fastest growing company in the space, it is critical that we retain and deepen our relationship with partner photographers on the platform. This role will be focused on building photographer engagement through the design and execution of various strategies aimed at improving photographer NPS and retention.

What you'll do:

    • Design and execute initiatives for photographer engagement
    • Manage all photographer communications
    • Oversee photographer training and content creation
    • Advocate for prioritizing features for photographer-related products
    • Manage a team of 5 part-time photographer ambassadors and scale program to more cities

What you'll need:

    • At least 1 year of experience as a professional photographer
    • At least 5 years of experience in a community manager, strategy and operations, business operations, or customer success role
    • Passion for building delightful experiences for users or customers
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and user-first mentality
    • Experience as a photographer (amateur or professional). Engaging with photographers is a big part of this job!
    • Comfortable working in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
    • Prior experience at a tech startup preferred but not required
    • Be located in the San Francisco Bay Area
