We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter Coordinator to join our people team in London, UK, initially for a six month contract position. If you are someone that is passionate about making an impact and being a part of a company that is going to write history, we’d like to talk with you.
Support our recruiters and hiring managers across EMEA and APAC in building an exceptional team and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with the Recruiting Coordinator to manage scheduling for interviews and communicate interview logistics with candidates and interview teams.
Ensure a high level of data integrity in our ATS (Lever) and keep all candidate records up to date.
Collaborate with Recruiting leaders to improve upon and streamline existing process and programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent.
Bring order to complex processes and use your initiative to complete tasks that improve the overall efficiency of the Recruiting team.
Our perfect candidate will:
Come from an office based, administrative role and have a strong eye for detail and efficient organisation
Be a self-starter who won’t get overwhelmed easily.Provide a seamless candidate experience from initial approach to offer acceptance
Comfortable liaising with C-Suite and Senior Hiring Managers.
Have an ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-volume recruiting environment.Have experience working across multiple timezones. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
1-2 years administrative or recruiting experience.
Be familiar with video conferencing systems.
Demonstrate quick and creative thinking to manage complex candidate itineraries both onsite and over video.
