RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand, evaluate, and match client requirements with available properties.
- Identify vacant opportunities within a designated area of Johannesburg and add to our listing database.
- Prospect and maintain our extensive client database on a state of the art pipeline system.
- Negotiate effectively between clients, tenants, and other parties to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Adhere to our company's high ethical standards and code of conduct in all dealings and communications.

SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

- Own reliable motor vehicle with valid drivers licence.
- Laptop, and smartphone are essential.
