Our customers are the heart of our business. Socotra’s Product Delivery Team is responsible for managing our most strategic relationships. In this role you’ll manage relationships and deployments across our customer base - from startups to Fortune 100 insurers. You will work closely with senior executives at these companies engaging in both commercial and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization. You will be the customer’s internal advocate. You will be responsible for understanding their unique needs, driving (and project managing) the adoption of Socotra, and working across internal product teams to help build the next generation of insurance software in line with customer needs. We’re looking for a natural relationship builder and leader who can effectively manage both day-to-day conversations as well as high level strategic discussions focused around creating value and driving revenue for our customers.

You will:

    • Own the full onboarding cycle of a new customer, from when the initial deal is signed through them going live in production
    • Be responsible for proactively developing and project managing a customer’s deployment architecture, strategy, and timeline
    • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop, improve, and scale our onboarding process
    • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy
    • Travel up to 33% of the time to spend time with customers around the world

You Should be:

    • 5+ years of experience working with customers at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
    • Able to build a deep understanding of Socotra’s platform, configuration, and APIs, and explain complex API concepts to Socotra’s largest customers
    • Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and craft creative solutions
    • Proven project management skills
    • Strong critical thinking skills, including ability to identify suboptimal internal processes
    • Ability to recognize repeated customer-facing issues and build scalable solutions
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment 
    • Strong interest in technology
