Softrams is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, coupled with proficiency in 3rd party solutions that include Copado, Checkmarx and DocuSign. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure

Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
    • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications.
    • Tool-Specific Functions: Administer and manage Copado pipelines for deployment processes; Run security scans using Checkmarx and provide solutions to mitigate findings; Integrate and manage e-signature processes using DocuSign or equivalent tools within the Salesforce ecosystem; Work closely with Mulesoft or similar middleware tools for integration between Salesforce and other platforms; Support Data Migration between Salesforce and other systems using Data Loader or similar tools.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior Developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and ensure best practices are adhered to in all developments.
    • Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure high code quality and design patterns are followed.
    • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.
    • Provide training and support to end-users when necessary

Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative solutions such as Flows, Process Builders, Workflows, Approval Process, etc.
    • Experience with programmatic solutions that include Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex and Visualforce, JavaScript and HTML.
    • Proven experience with 3rd party deployment tools like Copado.
    • Familiarity with security scanning tools, notably Checkmarx.
    • Experience with e-signature tools such as DocuSign is a plus.
    • Salesforce Integration experience using Mulesoft or other middleware tools.
    • Integration experience with Salesforce REST, Bulk, Metadata and Streaming APIs.
    • Salesforce Developer certifications: PD-I and PD-II

Public Trust Clearance:
This role requires the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship. 
 
Work Location:
We have open-collaboration offices in Leesburg VA and Baltimore MD for those who may prefer to work on-site. However, Softrams is a 100% remote-first team environment. Softrams works in the eastern time zone and standard work hours are 9am ET to 5pm ET with flexibility around start and end times based on team needs.
