Summary:  The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in crafting and executing the So Good So You digital marketing strategy. This role is responsible for So Good So You’s full-funnel digital marketing execution from awareness, to consideration, to conversion and retention through a wide range of digital communications including website, paid social, email, retailer support, and more.

Through a total understanding of retailer and company business objectives, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop digital marketing strategies to deliver with excellence, the agreed-to business results, including online customer experience, engagement, conversion, retailer support, and sales growth goals.

What You'll Do:

    • Full ownership of the company website and campaign-specific microsites
    • Strategize, plan and craft email campaigns to achieve specific goals (e.g. increase trial and repeat purchasing, retail activations)
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital paid media campaigns on digital channels including Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), Google paid search, etc.
    • Strategize, execute, and optimize digital retailer support to drive in-store ROI, including retailer site sponsored search, Shipt, Instacart, etc.
    • Track, measure, and generate regular reports tying in period-over-period growth and performance against historical/platform benchmarks to optimize campaigns and templates
    • Collaborate with internal departments to establish specific campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of drivers of performance for the brand. Lead business analysis; monitoring and reporting business performance against KPI’s
    •  Identify opportunities and issues to drive brand growth and profitability

Who You Are:

    • An experienced and detail-oriented digital marketer with a creative and analytical mindset who loves to share findings and actionable insights
    • Passionate about testing, learning and iterating, implementing learnings and evolving strategies and tactics
    • Able to work with a major email service provider (specifically Klaviyo) to set up one-off marketing emails, flows, and triggered emails
    • Experienced at managing, updating and optimizing websites (specifically Shopify)
    • A quick learner with a genuine interest in improving digital performance through a data-driven approach
    • Thrives in entrepreneurial company culture 
    • Self-starter, problem-solver, and self- accountable.
    • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects, taking initiative, and working collaboratively 
    • An excellent communicator—in person, online

What you Bring/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, advertising, journalism, communications, marketing or related field is a plus
    • Agency experience (external or in-house)
    • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
    • Demonstrated career success in content strategy/content creation
    • Proficiency in Google Ad Manager, Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ad Manager
    • Ability to research, plan, and edit email and website content to engage distinct audiences and deliver desired consumer action
    • Ability to work collaboratively and enthusiastically with others to achieve organizational goals
