About The Role
Senior Director, Engineering and Project Development is needed to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a team to develop efficient PV site plans that meet NEC codes and industry standards, alongside regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with external engineering consultants to ensure the coordination of the deliverables in a timely manner.
- Supervise the engineering team to ensure timely generation of Engineering plans and sets, and ensure coordination of the output across multiple departments
- Guide the team in creating standards to maintain quality of work across all stages of project development
- Guide leaders within operations to develop team spirit, manage stakeholder expectations and create relationships with clients, partners and regulatory agencies through generation of standard procedures across multiple stages of project development
- Manage the data on centralized database to track the outputs across multiple teams to present results to the relevant stakeholders in the executive team.
- Ensure team continuous working through training courses and online modules to develop in their professional careers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Engineering or Energy Sciences.
