About Us:
You’ve probably seen a solar farm alongside the interstate or other roadway. People subscribe to a solar farm and receive solar credits on their utility bill. Subscribers then pay the owner of the community solar farm a discounted rate for the credits. The total of the two electric bills is less than a standard utility bill without the solar credits
Community solar allows business owners and residential customers to financially benefit from solar facilities developed and funded by others. Qualified applicants become exclusive members without making any upfront investment.
Your Role:
The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for generating interest in community solar and subscribing business owners to a Solar Farm. We have established a presence in these communities. We also provide our Commercial Sales Reps with a targeted account listing of potential businesses in the surrounding cities and towns. High performing sales people can build on the momentum we have developed and expand much further.
The three main objectives of the commercial sales representative are:
1. Achieve personal sales goals established by the commercial sales manager
2. Work autonomously to establish and maintain relationships with potential customers.
3. Commute to different locations in Massachusetts, speaking directly with business owners about community solar. Engaging them and subscribing them to a solar farm.
The Ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in direct business to business sales.
