[solidcore] is seeking a Digital Program Coordinator to help manage our growing digital ecosystem. This role will serve as a bridge between technical systems and business stakeholders, ensuring our digital platforms effectively serve organizational needs while maintaining technical excellence across our 100+ studios nationwide.

Responsibilities:

    • Oversee execution of daily MindBody workflows and other service providers
    • Support HQ and field teams in troubleshooting all aspects of schedule reporting, creation, and maintenance across all platforms (Mindbody, Axle, app/website, etc.)
    • Develop and optimize workflows for data management across digital systems to improve user experience and efficiencies
    • Support regular website and app content updates, ensuring information remains current and accurate
    • Implement content changes requested by various departments following established protocols
    • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for all digital content updates and integrations
    • Track content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
    • Maintain awareness of all cross-functional business objectives, ensuring the field has necessary tools, collateral, and communication to successfully implement initiatives within managed platforms
    • Support user acceptance testing and coordinate release activities with attention to technical details
    • Analyze user feedback, system data, and usage patterns to identify opportunities for technical improvements and optimizations

Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with MindBody Online platform and its technical capabilities
    • Strong technical problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues across various platforms
    • Experience with digital content management systems and back-end platforms
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make actionable technical recommendations
    • Excellent project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with varying hours of work
    • 2+ years experience in a technical role within the fitness or wellness industry

Additional Qualifications:

    • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for more effective content management
    • Experience with automated workflows and quality assurance testing methodologies
    • Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Experience creating technical training materials and conducting system training sessions
    • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices as they relate to digital platform
    • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities
    • Creative technical problem-solver who can find innovative solutions to complex challenges
    • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with varying work hours
    • Continuous learner who stays current with digital trends and technologies

Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive starting salary of $70,000.00 per year
