[solidcore] is seeking a Real Estate Analyst/Associate to support the studio development team to continue the brand’s swift growth across the United States. This role will report to the Real Estate Director and work with the greater studio development team on the annual NSO (new studio open) portfolio as well as various projects and initiatives to support the existing fleet of over 115 open locations. This is a high opportunity role with the ability to grow quickly in the organization. 

You'll be responsible for:

    • Perform site research and analysis for all real estate accepted into pipeline
    • Manage pipeline resource with critical information, dates and documentation alongside brokerage teams 
    • Manage Real Estate analytics tool as well as other department real estate systems 
    • Prepare and coordinate Real Estate Committee deliverables for executive team and cross functional partners 
    • Prepare NSO proformas in consultation with FP&A team
    • Work closely with real estate director on LOI negotiations 
    • Work closely with Legal and Real Estate Director on lease negotiations
    • Assist in managing broker relationships and communication to drive site sourcing and deal making efforts
    • Manage test fit and budget requests with the design and development project management teams 
    • Develop relationships with other HQ functions including Legal, Operations, FP&A, and Marketing
    • Perform special projects in support of cross functional business functions  as requested.
    • Schedule and attend real estate tours, networking and industry events as needed.
    • Evangelist and steward of the [solidcore] brand in all professional settings

What we need from you:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Law, GIS, or related field of study applicable to the role
    • Minimum two years of real estate, business or consulting experience; prior exposure and work with high growth consumer brands a plus
    • Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
    • Strong capability in balancing priorities against fast moving deadlines 
    • Desire to continuously develop and hone negotiation skills 
    • Strong organizational and project-management skills
    • Strength in analyzing large amounts of data and distilling into digestible and actionable recommendations for various stakeholders
    • Understands business performance and can action upon working with resources to create new insights for real estate and company strategies
    • Ability to read, write and interpret legal documents
    • Passionate about [solidcore], retail brands and/or retail real estate 

Compensation and benefits:

    • Competitive salary range is $60,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
