Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Workforce Senior Manager will manage all aspects of schedule creation tools at solidcore, including partnership with external vendors, reporting, and management of user experience. They will be a key strategic leader in the conceptualization, rollout, operations, and maintenance of the Inception Pad scheduling tool and MBO schedule creation. This person will act as a subject matter expert in the analysis of schedule performance metrics. They will lead collaboration between HQ partners and field leaders to ensure the optimization of scheduling platforms and schedule performance across all markets. They will work in partnership with the field and HQ as a representative of [solidcore] culture.

You will be responsible for...

    • Partnering with cross-functional leaders and department peers to ask the right questions, acquire data from diverse sources, uncover root causes, and evaluate current and historical performance to recommend action plans.
    • Anticipate future business trends and articulate necessary steps to maintain successful scheduling strategies, showing a clear connection between analysis, vision, and action. 
    • Act as liaison between field leaders and HQ, acting as a consistent resource for progress and actions pertaining to schedule optimization.
    • Lead the end-to-end integration of scheduling workstream and deliverables pertaining to strategic schedule planning, publishing, and maintenance across all markets.
    • Manage partnership with external vendors to ensure optimization of user experience, adoption, and engagement with all aspects of scheduling platforms.
    • Develop and maintain schedule reporting metrics and analysis to create consistency in best practices and identify areas of opportunity.
    • Collaborate with HQ and field teams to identify recommended platform updates to improve user experience and efficiencies.
    • Support HQ and field teams in troubleshooting all aspects of schedule reporting, creation, and maintenance across all platforms (inception pad, MBO, tableau, etc.)
    • Awareness of all cross-functional business objectives, ensuring the field has all necessary tools, collateral and communication to successfully implement/execute within managed platforms.
    • Be a role model of professionalism and compliance with [solidcore] company handbook including, but not limited to brand consistency, client relations, and attendance.
    • Collaborate with the Operations team on the execution of key initiatives and strategy for overall [solidcore] vision and success within studios.

What we need from you

    • The position is full-time and exempt with an expected 40 hours worked per week.
    • Operational management experience with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in multi-unit management, including schedule or workforce management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
    • Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
    • Proficiency in Mindbody Online, Tableau, G-suite and MS office.
    • Must be local to the Arlington/DMV area.

Compensation & Benefits

    • $80,000-$90,000 per year
