As a Software Engineer at SoloPulse, you will play a critical role in the development of our software solutions. You will work on a wide range of tasks, from algorithm development to frontend-backend integration. This role requires expertise in Python, C++ and JavaScript, as well as a strong background in algorithm development. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies
- Implement and maintain both frontend and backend components of our applications
- Develop and optimize algorithms to solve complex problems
- Engineer low-latency solutions to proprietary computational operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define software requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related quantitative field from an accredited 4-year university
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio of past projects
- Proficiency in Python, C++ and JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern frontend and backend development technologies
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Knowledge of software architecture and design paradigms
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Willingness to take ownership of projects and work autonomously
Bonus Qualifications
- Prior experience with digital signal processing (DSP) software
- Prior experience working in a startup environment
- Prior experience with NVIDIA's CUDA toolkit
- Proficiency using GPU-accelerated libraries such as PyTorch and OpenGL/ThreeJS
