We are continuing to grow and are adding to our growing Azure team! This person will work closely with our customers to build best-in-class enterprise web applications using the latest Azure technologies. You will be a part of an established technical community, giving you the opportunity to constantly grow your development amongst top technical talent. SDG is looking for a hard worker with a team-oriented mindset that has at least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies. A successful senior Azure architect consultant at SDG is a lifelong learner who is motivated to continually improve their craft and thrives amongst their fellow employee-owners.

- Azure
- Cloud Native Architecture (Containers, Kubernetes, Functions, etc.)
- Hybrid Cloud Architecture
- Microservices architecture
- Infrastructure as code
- C#
- .NET Core/.NET Framework
- Node.js / Typescript
- SQL / SQL Server / CosmosDB / Blob Storage
- REST / JSON
- Responsive web
- Modern JavaScript frameworks – ReactJS, Vue.js or Angular
- Agile Delivery
- Azure DevOps
- Proficiency following coding best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, architecture, related technologies, and their interdependencies
- 2+ years professional experience with .NET Core
- Experience delivering solutions in large scale enterprise environments
- Experience with cloud migrations
- Experience with evaluations and estimations
- Experience with business development activities
- Experience with presentations to Customer Leadership
- Prior consulting or professional services experience is a bonus
- Education degree or certification in Computer Science, or the equivalent related work experience
