We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our project management team.

Responsibilities:

    • Pre-sale stream:
    • Facilitate Presales activities within presales team.
    • Run project estimation for the project together with engineering leads.
    • Calculate GM.
    • Help the Presales team with building the optimal project proposal.
    • Participate in proposal pitching and handling objections.
    • Project stream:
    • Organize full-cycle software engineering project from the initiation phase to the project closure.
    • Take responsibility for the project timeline, cost, scope implementation, and quality.
    • Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and timelines.
    • Operate project revenue and cost in order to provide sufficient profit and affordable risk level for the company.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.).
    • Ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
    • Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies.
    • Build positive relationships and trust with the team and customers
    • Manage client expectations, ensure transparency in the project, and address concerns proactively.

Requirements:

    • Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in software project management.
    • 3+ years experience in pre-sales.
    • Experience in project initiation.
    • Experience working in software outsourcing companies.
    • Experience in leading several projects in parallel or experience in the management of large-scale projects.
    • Experience with Fixed price engagements.
    • Familiarity with software development practices.
    • Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent command of the English language (C1).
    • Previous work in companies like EPAM, Accenture, or similar (a big advantage).

Certifications:

    • PMP (preferred), Scrum Master (advantageous).
