Position Overview:
Solvd is seeking a results-oriented, strategic Account Executive to lead new logo acquisition and drive growth across enterprise accounts. This role requires a true hunter—someone with the discipline and consultative ability to independently build and close pipeline while positioning complex, high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience working with retail and e-commerce clients, understands their digital transformation priorities, and can translate those needs into tailored AI, cloud, and engineering solutions. Experience working with technology partners such as AWS, Microsoft, or Databricks to support co-sell or alliance motions is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise clients across Solvd’s service areas.
    • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution strategy, proposal development, and contract execution.
    • Position Solvd’s integrated offerings across AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and data platforms.
    • Engage stakeholders across IT, innovation, digital, and product to uncover strategic priorities and align solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor proposals and build confidence with enterprise buyers.
    • Leverage strategic alliances with partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Databricks) to support pipeline development and sales acceleration.
    • Maintain pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and disciplined CRM management.

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT consulting, digital transformation services, or enterprise SaaS.
    • Proven success in landing new logos and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
    • Strong knowledge of modern technology transformation—particularly in cloud, data, AI/ML, and product delivery.
    • Experience with or selling into the retail and e-commerce industry is strongly preferred.
    • Background working with or through technology partners in a co-sell or alliance-driven capacity is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and executive engagement skills.
    • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
    • U.S.-based with flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
