About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and people-centric Country HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Argentina. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to our LATAM and India teams, driving core HR initiatives and fostering a culture that aligns with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Seamless Onboarding: Own the onboarding journey for new hires across LATAM and India — from pre-employment to full integration — ensuring a smooth and engaging start that reflects our culture and operations.
- Champion Culture & Engagement: Design and lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment, including wellness programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement events.
- Drive Meaningful Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, mediating concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a healthy and communicative workplace.
- Manage Offboarding with Care: Coordinate the full offboarding process with professionalism, conduct exit interviews, and leverage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Harness HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies, enhance employee experience, and support talent retention.
- Support Probation Success: Monitor and engage with new hires during their first 90 days through regular touchpoints, feedback loops, and cultural check-ins to ensure successful assimilation.
- Collaborate Regionally: Partner with regional HR colleagues to align on employee relations practices, process improvements, and local event coordination.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in Human Resources or related field.
- Languages: Advanced English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

- Strong project management and policy implementation experience.
