We are searching for a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team.
This role is responsible to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to enhance customer service operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions and support any relevant training activities.

Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
    • Implement and manage Service Cloud features like Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel Routing, and Service Console.
    • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
    • Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and data management.
    • Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of applications.
    • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud.
    • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.
    • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Batch, Schedulable Classes), Flows, Visualforce, and custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Role Hierarchies, and Sharing Rules.
    • Proficient in Data Migration, ETL, Data Loader, Copado, AutoRabit, and deployment strategies using Change Sets, ANT, and GitHub for CI/CD.
    • Experience with Service Console, Einstein Activity Capture, Email-to-Case, and CTI integrations for customer service efficiency.
    • Proficient in Salesforce setup, data imports/exports, and notification services.
    • Expertise in solution design, requirements management, demos, and conducting design/development workshops.
    • Able to consult on the best usage and SFSC improvement.
    • Strong in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
    • Platform for API design and testing.
    • Integrations experience SFSC/SFMC/OMS
    • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
    • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II and Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to consult and configure data in SFSC.
    • Able to work together on the acceptance criteria and proactively work with PM and PO
