We are seeking a Product Owner to support the B2B portal migration to Amplience CMS, ensuring seamless integrations with SFCC, Adobe Scene7, Adobe DAM, and Marketing Cloud. The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, document content workflows, and facilitate migration planning.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements for CMS migration and integrations.
    • Document existing CMS content structures and define the Amplience content model.
    • Work with developers to ensure BFF adjustments align with the new headless CMS.
    • Define content governance, approval workflows, and publishing processes.
    • Gather business needs for full-page preview functionality in Amplience.
    • Support UAT testing and validation of migrated content and integrations.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align CMS capabilities with business goals.
    • Define and document API integration requirements for Scene7, Adobe DAM, and SFMC.

Mandatory requirements:

    • 5+ years in Business Analysis for CMS & eCommerce platforms
    • Strong experience in CMS migration projects (Amplience, AEM, Contentful, etc.).
    • Experience working with headless CMS implementations and eCommerce platforms (SFCC, Magento, etc.).
    • Familiarity with API-based content integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, etc.).
    • Ability to define content structures, workflows, and governance models.
    • Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.

Optional requirements:

    •  Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations.
    • Prior experience with BFF-based content delivery architectures.
