DevOps Engineer (Observability Focus)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to work with our client, one of the fastest-growing B2B companies, backed by leading venture capital firms.
Requirements:
- Observability Tools: Proficient in Prometheus and Grafana; able to set up and maintain alerting and logging systems.
- Experience with Logz.io for log management.
- Competent in using PagerDuty for incident management, including setting up and managing alerts.
- Leadership: Capable of leading and defining the strategic direction for observability within the company.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Advanced knowledge of infrastructure, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP (Clouds), CI/CD (Github Actions / Jenkins).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem.
- Willingness to be available online during weekends if urgent requests arise.
Responsibilities:
- Support and optimize observability within the AWS ecosystem.
- Manage and configure logging tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
- Set up and maintain tracing tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
- Configure alerting systems (PagerDuty, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
- Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards using traces from Prometheus metrics.
- Work with Kubernetes (k8s) and CI/CD pipelines.
