Job Overview:
As the Vice President of Growth at Solvd, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our lead generation, client acquisition,
marketing, and revenue growth efforts. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing
and executing scalable growth and marketing strategies, building a high-performance team, and driving measurable impact across
our rapidly evolving AI-focused offerings. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, shape a critical vertical,
and contribute to our journey as we redefine our role in the tech and AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Solvd’s pivot into AI and emerging technologies, focusing on scalable lead generation, marketing campaigns, and client acquisition channels.
- Lead Generation: Lead the creation and optimization of demand generation programs and tactics to drive a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, working closely with sales and delivery teams.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support lead generation efforts. Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels, including digital, content, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Content & Brand Management: Guide the development of impactful content strategies to engage prospects and clients, including thought leadership, case studies, webinars, and whitepapers. Ensure the Solvd brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and initiatives.
- Digital Marketing Optimization: Drive performance marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and website optimization, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability to ensure the team meets and exceeds growth and marketing targets.
- Revenue Optimization: Establish and optimize revenue models, pricing strategies, and sales funnel processes to maximize conversions and overall customer lifetime value.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data analytics to measure performance across marketing and growth channels, refine strategies, and drive insights that support key growth initiatives and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Understanding & Leveraging Tech Stack: Evaluate and leverage current tools in our tech stack to empower growth and marketing teams with the resources, insights, and efficiencies needed to drive success. Ensure that the team is equipped with the best tools for automation, analytics, CRM, and other critical functions.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI advancements, leveraging insights to adapt Solvd’s offerings and strategies to remain competitive.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that can accelerate growth and enhance Solvd’s position as a trusted AI and IT solutions provider.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a high-growth tech, SaaS, or consulting environment.
- Proven track record in scaling lead generation, marketing, and growth operations, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Strong knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing, and sales funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in understanding and optimizing tools within a tech stack to support growth and marketing teams effectively.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to make informed, metrics-based decisions to drive growth and marketing impact.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience building and managing high-performance teams.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital transformation services is highly desirable.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services firm is a plus.
