Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, enterprise-focused Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across the Western U.S. territory (PST & MST states). This role is ideal for a high-performing hunter with strong territory development skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to independently create and close complex deals. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, owning the full sales cycle, and positioning Solvd’s full spectrum of services—leveraging both our internal technical teams and select strategic partnerships (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Databricks) to support execution.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a regional territory plan to identify, engage, and close new enterprise clients across the Western U.S.
    • Own full-cycle enterprise sales efforts—from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and close.
    • Position Solvd’s integrated offerings across AI/ML, cloud transformation, data strategy, and software development.
    • Engage senior-level decision-makers across IT, product, digital, and innovation.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal technical, delivery, and marketing teams to shape strategic pursuits.
    • Leverage regional partner alliances to support opportunity creation and acceleration where applicable.
    • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business goals while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline.

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS.
    • Demonstrated success driving new logo acquisition in a regional or vertical territory model.
    • Deep understanding of modern enterprise transformation — especially in cloud, AI/ML, and software engineering.
    • Experience in or exposure to retail or e-commerce is a plus.
    • Familiarity with co-selling or working with partners like AWS, Microsoft, or Databricks is advantageous.
    • Strong communication, executive presence, and solution-selling capability.
    • Based in the PST or MST time zones and able to travel within the region as needed.
