We want to expand our IT operations to manage more systems in a predictable way that accounts for scalability, resilience, and performance. This includes the maintenance of our internal applications and the development of new applications that will help us to support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities for the Netsuite System Administrator / Product Owner

You are comfortable owning our Netsuite instance and are keen to grow it to support our business growth. You have several years of experience with Netsuite and know how to grow Netsuite to meet the needs of a multi-site, multi-national organization. You enjoy working in a fast-growing organization and you enjoy and thrive on the Netsuite challenges that come with a fast-growing business.

Therefore you can confidently say that you have a multi-year experience in:

Managing Daily Administration, integration, and maintenance operations of NetSuite and related systems according to the ITIL framework that includes:

• User configurations including profiles, roles, etc.
• Own change management processes related to changes including the communication
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications and configure application modules accordingly
• Create, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation that includes configurations, business processes, how-to guides, and known issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of the usage
• Collaborate with the IT Operations team to resolve reported issues promptly

Developing, Implementing, and maintaining Internal tools as requested by various stakeholders that include:

• Collaboration with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to finance & accounting applications' functionalities
• Support the implementation and rollout of application modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
• Own the testing and quality assurance
• Collaborating with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Develop, document, and deliver training sessions to end-users on application functionalities, emphasizing best practices and efficient use
• Evaluate control reports issued by third-party service organizations, map user-required controls to Sonar's ITGCs, and communicate gaps
• Stay informed about ERP industry trends and best practices to recommend enhancements and upgrades.

Framework and Technical Process Management including:

• Collaborate with the IT Operations team to resolve reported issues promptly
• Develop new workflows for increased efficiency
• Drive Data migrations & Data transformation between systems
• Development of Automation processes with different team applications
​​• Implementing API Integrations to connect systems and data
• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for users at all level of the organization


The skills you demonstrate

• Must have a NetSuite Administrator Certificate
• Proven experience (5+ years) administrating NetSuite and Operational & Functional support for Finance & Accounting related applications, with a focus on Oracle Netsuite
• Strong understanding of Netsuite modules and their integration with business processes
• Experience designing, implementing, and executing IT general computer controls to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly autonomous and pragmatic
• Open-minded and very positive can-do attitude
• Prefer to work in a team, share information, and ideas and understand the power of collective thinking to get the best solutions
• Comfortable in dealing with change and complexity
• Self-confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as to receive and give feedback to improve the team and yourself
• Leadership: Taking the initiative and demonstrating your ability to lead a subject from beginning to end
