Role Summary

Work collaboratively with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to enhance and standardize corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs to improve internal equity, market competitiveness, and the overall impact on the business. An individual contributor with excellent communication, partnership, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data analysis and interpretation, and presentation skills are needed to succeed.

What You Will Do

    • Conduct internal/external market analysis including assessment of compensation surveys for EMEA region to develop pay ranges, updating and aligning strategies as needed.
    • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained. 
    • Participate in the process management of global merit and bonus cycles including systems updates/changes, data analysis, training, reporting and support of approval process.  
    • Partner with Global Benefits team in the design and management of benefits programs, including benefits administration for EMEA region.
    • Deliver training, guidance and promote benefits programs to employees.
    • Provide support to HR Business Partners and other teams on compensation and benefits matters. 
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within compensation and benefits programs. 
    • Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations, identifying and addressing potential compliance risks.

What You Will Bring

    • 5+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience.
    • Strong analytical, project management and process management skills. 
    • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
    • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
    • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL and/or survey management tools a plus. 
    • A demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results. 
    • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
