Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys and paralegals to support a variety of legal matters.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the internal teams, as well as external counsel, on cross-functional projects related to corporate, regulatory, commercial, product, employment, regulatory and intellectual property legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal topics
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Attend client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Assist with discovery, including reviewing documents and preparing summaries
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining files
What You Will Bring
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program
- Strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
