We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Renewals Manager to join the Sophos team.  

What You Will Do

    • Initiate renewal notification to partners, and/or customers where necessary 
    • Build initial quotes for standard and upgraded renewal products 
    • Drive culture of continuous improvement on performance, process and data accuracy 
    • Provide critical business insights to sales leadership based on business acumen and data analysis, be able to identify issues, recommend action plans and execute 
    • Evolve the Sales Ops Business Partner organization to align with sales teams and transition to SaaS 
    • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly WW forecast process, consolidation and analysis – forecast accuracy is key 
    • Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly opportunity pipeline analysis, data validation and identify gaps and actions required 
    • Drive business alignment with finance, field sales and customer success on KPIs including renewal rates, gross retention and churn. 
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc business analysis for the Sales Leadership to monitor performance across a range of key business drivers and sales team performance 
    • Drive data quality, process and automation activities that improve process efficiencies 
    • Assist in all facets of sales planning, territory planning and coverage models 
    • Generate presentation material for sales leadership 
    • Subject matter expert on corporate cross functional projects and initiatives 
    • Develop and manage key operational dashboards & status reports for sales management 
    • Implement team development plans 
    • Act as a change agent to drive and execute sales process improvement 

What You Will Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional education is a plus. 
    • Proven experience in a renewal management or customer success role. 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. 
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in contract management and data analysis. 
    • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel,Power BI/Tableau, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with customers. 
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue optimization strategies. 
    • Experience in the technology, Retail Energy industry or a SaaS-based organization is highly desirable. 
    • Familiarity with contract management processes and legal terminology is a plus.
