We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to work alongside our existing Talent Acquisition team as we look to scale up our teams across the EMEA region. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment in EMEA, including hiring qualified “A player” candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, ingenuity, and passion for what they do. The successful candidate will require strong experience of hiring exceptional talent with the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. 
This role will initially be a 6-month fixed term contract.

What You Will Do

    • Utilizing your knowledge of the talent market for the EMEA region.
    • Sourcing candidates with unique skillsets including attracting passive candidates.
    • Develop ‘top talent lists’ using creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing.
    • Expertly manage the full cycle recruiting process.
    • Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers and their teams across the EMEA region to understand hiring needs and goals.
    • Source, screen, schedule, and interview qualified candidates.
    • Define the hiring strategy and interview processes with hiring managers.
    • Maintain pipeline activity and candidate status.
    • Drive and manage the full offer process.
    • Act as an internally and externally facing representative of the Sophos team.

What You Will Bring

    • A proven track record from either an internal or agency environment, successfully recruiting exceptional talent at all levels (ideally within the cyber security space) across the EMEA region.
    • Exceptional consultancy skills with a background in managing key business stakeholders.
    • The ability to quickly establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the business with the ability to shape the recruitment strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
    • Solid experience of sourcing candidates through advanced sourcing strategies, networking, social media, university relations, headhunting, etc. to maintain a deep candidate pipeline.
    • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
    • Ability to effectively recruit on multiple positions simultaneously.
    • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Great written and spoken English skills.
    • Experience using an ATS (Lever).
