What You Will Do

    • This position is responsible for planning, executing, and controlling project-related activities and changes and reporting across projects and programs within Sophos Global Operations and Support.
    • Define customer needs in technical and business contexts. Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the objectives of the work effort.
    • Project manage and plan the work efforts of cross-functional teams on Support initiatives.
    • Know and use multiple project management and software development methodologies appropriate to the projects.
    • Ensure project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and following standards.
    • Develop and monitor project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from RFP to post-implementation.
    • Lead meetings with global leaders through planning, execution, and QBRs

What You Will Bring

    • 5(+) years of IT experience or Technical knowledge of Cyber Security products and services
    • Familiarity with Support centers
    • Proven ability to work with multiple technical managers and project teams simultaneously is required.
    • Demonstrated experience leading or directing project activities on team-based projects in a global environment
    • Analytical skills demonstrated in applying and using program management tools
    • Proven command of project documentation and reporting
    • Track record of delivering projects on time and in scope
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate across and up the organization, including internal communication, to gain buy-in on strategy.
    • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills and prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
    • Nice To Have: Project Management certification (PMI, etc)
In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $77,000 to $129,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.  A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
