We are recruiting a Project Manager with specialist expertise in business change, readiness, adoption, and communications to join our IT organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying change management best practices to ensure IT projects are delivered with minimal disruption to business operations and achieve full adoption to realise intended benefits.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure change adoption and readiness is business-led, but delivered within the program/project framework.

What you will do:

    • Lead the planning and execution of change, readiness, and adoption activities within IT projects.
    • Apply change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) to ensure smooth and effective transitions.
    • Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders to build ownership and commitment across the business.
    • Partner with leaders to ensure business functions take accountability for driving and sustaining change.
    • Develop and deliver clear, targeted, and engaging communications for diverse audiences.
    • Support training, knowledge transfer, and capability-building activities to enable adoption.
    • Track readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation to demonstrate project value.
    • Work closely with IT program and project managers to align change activities with technical delivery.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT change management practices and frameworks.

What you will bring:

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on business change and adoption.
    • Strong track record of supporting IT-driven change in complex environments.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, from senior leaders to end users.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
    • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
    • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) and/or change management certification (e.g., Prosci) desirable.
    • Skilled in problem-solving, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity.
