Wir bauen unser Midmarket Sales Team in Deutschland aus und suchen hierfür einen Account Manager (m/w/d) Hierbei liegt der Fokus auf dem Cross- und Upsell von Sophos Produkten, sowie der aktiven Sicherung von Vertragsverlängerungen, als auch der Neukundengewinnung.

Location: Hybrid (Wiesbaden)

Ihre Aufgaben

    • Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Interessenten und Endkunden aus dem Midmarketsegment (101-1000 Mitarbeitende) in einer definierten Region
    • Sie betreuen und beraten die Endkunden bei der Realisierung anspruchsvoller IT-Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Vertriebspartnern, Distribution und Channelteams
    • Aktive Gebietsplanung und Forecasting auf wöchentlicher/ monatlicher und quartalsweiser Basis
    • Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Erstellung von Angeboten
    • Kenntnis und Anwendung von Sales Methodologien wie Baseline Selling und Meddpicc
    • Betreuung und Pflege unseres CRM Systems, PowerBI, Outlook, SalesForce, Pipeline Pflege etc.

Ihr Profil

    • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens auf B2 Niveau)
    • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten (innerhalb der Security Branche wünschenswert)
    • Interesse an Cybersecurity sowie hohe Affinität für technische Zusammenhänge
    • Freude am täglichen Kontakt mit Interessenten und Endkunden, die Sie mit Ihrer Begeisterung für Sophos gewinnen
    • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten bei der konsultativen Gesprächsführung bis zu C-Level
    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder relevante Ausbildung (wünschenswert)
    • Sie haben ausgeprägte Zeitmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
    • Gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen
