Role Summary
As a Renewals Operations Intern, you will support our APJ Renewal Sales team in ensuring high customer retention and smooth renewal cycles in a fast-paced cybersecurity SaaS environment. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in B2B SaaS renewals, sales operations, and customer success collaboration, while developing skills in CRM tools, analytics, and proactive customer/channel engagement.
What You Will Do
- Accurately perform data entry and system updates in Salesforce and related platforms (e.g., Outreach, JIRA).
- Maintain and improve renewal opportunity hygiene (correct dates, sales stage, forecast category).
- Run and analyze renewal pipeline and usage/performance reports to identify risks and opportunities.
- Assist Renewal Specialists in preparing quotes, validating pricing/discounts, and ensuring partner compliance.
- Track and update renewal forecasts and quarter-end progress.
- Partner with Renewal leaders, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel/Distributor teams to identify process gaps and recommend automation or efficiency improvements.
- Document best practices, SOPs, and playbooks to strengthen the renewals operational excellence.
- Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports to highlight churn risk, early renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Learn to interpret key metrics such as Renewal Rate, Gross Retention, Net Retention, and Forecast Accuracy.

What You Will Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn Cybersecurity business models.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and curious about CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving, global team.
