Within this role, you shall be assigned specifically to a country or region, in this case EMEA South.

Role Summary
The HR Coordinators deliver robust and proactive HR support to the HR team and handoff from the Talent team in case of new hires. The job holder is responsible for a wide variety of tasks across the employee life cycle, whilst ensuring the company meets its mandatory reporting and administrative requirements.

What You Will Do

    • Support for all employee matters arising in the region
    • Aiding the onboarding process 
    • Producing accurate and timely offers of employment and employment contracts
    • Liaising with IT and facilities to ensure the business is prepared for the new hires, and coordinating and communicating with the hiring manager accordingly
    • Enrolling new hires onto various benefit programs and aiding set up on payroll if needed
    • HRIS system's management 
    • Preparing and executing HRIS audits (bi-weekly) and payroll reporting and audits against the data held in HRIS
    • Time Management system ownership – new hires, leavers, reports, troubleshooting (Nexon) 
    • HR file management, including the Teams database and physical files; verify and maintain required employee documentation, ensuring current and compliant
    • Accurately and timely processing of leavers or other terminations, e.g. leaver letters, updating HRIS, liaison with payroll and IT (equipment returns), etc. 
    • Manage the administration of local allowances (e.g. home working allowance, commuter allowance)

What You will Bring

    • Min 2-years experience in a comparable HR role 
    • Experience with working on highly confidential matters
    • Handling high volume of work across multiple disciplines to agreed service levels
    • Experience on HR systems (best: HRIS and Nexon)
    • Ability to work independently
    • High sensitivity in dealing with employees
    • MS Office knowledge 
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize 
    • Fluent in English and Hungarian plus one additional European language (spoken and written). We are particularly interested in reviewing applications from Dutch, French and Italian speakers.
    • Close attention to detail
    • Degree in Human Resources or equaling experience
    • Experience with Labor legislation and best practices
    • Cross-cultural working experience
