About Us
Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions for defeating cyberattacks. The company acquired Secureworks in February 2025, bringing together two pioneers that have redefined the cybersecurity industry with their innovative, native AI-optimized services, technologies and products. Sophos is now the largest pure-play Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, supporting more than 28,000 organizations. In addition to MDR and other services, Sophos’ complete portfolio includes industry-leading endpoint, network, email, and cloud security that interoperate and adapt to defend through the Sophos Central platform. Secureworks provides the innovative, market-leading Taegis XDR/MDR, identity threat detection and response (ITDR), next-gen SIEM capabilities, managed risk, and a comprehensive set of advisory services. Sophos sells all these solutions through reseller partners, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) worldwide, defending more than 600,000 organizations worldwide from phishing, ransomware, data theft, other every day and state-sponsored cybercrimes. The solutions are powered by historical and real-time threat intelligence from Sophos X-Ops and the newly added Counter Threat Unit (CTU). Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. More information is available at www.sophos.com.
Role Summary
As part of our Product and Solution Marketing team, you will help us optimize the success of our products, services and programs with the Managed Service Provider and Managed Security Service Provider (MSP/MSSP) channels. You will work closely with key stakeholders to build and deliver messaging, programs and content that maximize awareness and understanding of Sophos’ portfolio of products and services among MSPs and MSSPs.
As a Senior Manager, your primary goal is to act as a strategic partner to the business; providing actionable analysis of customer needs, market and competitive opportunities; identifying how these align with the Sophos portfolio to generate opportunities for partners to accelerate growth and profitability; and converting these insights into messaging, programs, and resources that create a seamless buyer experience, greater satisfaction, and high levels of trust.
Working closely with several groups within Sophos, including Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and Sales, you will lead content development, internal enablement on MSP portfolio opportunities and messaging, partner with PMMs to lead new product and service launches, and guide the overall MSP go-to-market strategy.
This position will be based in Canada or the U.S., requiring daily collaboration with globally distributed teams, and requires some worldwide travel to Sophos offices and events.
What You Will Do

- Product and Service Launches: Plan and launch new MSP-focused solutions and capabilities. Partner with PMM to ensure all product and service releases are optimized for MSPs. Engage with cross-functional teams for launch execution
- Go-to-Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with Product Management teams and engage with MSP/MSSP partners to identify buyer needs and opportunities to drive awareness and adoption of Sophos’ products and services
- Sales Enablement: Understand and support our sales channels; train Sales teams on the problems we solve for our MSP/MSSP partners and develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it
- Market and Competitive Intelligence: Maintain knowledge of competitors’ product and services offerings and positioning in the market
- Strategic Planning: Assist in identifying market opportunities and gaps in offerings to ensure that Sophos products and services remain competitive and differentiated in the MSP marketplace
- Measure Progress and Activities: Assess the effectiveness of Product and Solution Marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis, and report on objectives and status to business partners and management
