Role Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Campaign Specialist to lead and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role will focus on social media, SEO, email marketing, and lead generation, ensuring performance is data-backed and compliant with communication regulations.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media and digital campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and more to drive engagement, growth, and conversions
    • Manage scheduling, publishing, and engagement using social media management tools
    • Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and translate data into actionable insights
    • Create and implement nationwide advertising strategies to support brand visibility and conversion goals
    • Develop and maintain SEO strategies, including writing and optimizing blog content to increase organic traffic to the e-commerce platform
    • Collaborate with CRM teams to improve lead prioritization, campaign performance tracking, and ROI analysis
    • Launch and monitor digital email marketing campaigns in alignment with online privacy and CAN-SPAM regulations
    • Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, managing everything from concept to results analysis
    • Initiate KPI monitoring frameworks, set baseline performance goals, and define milestones for improvement
    • Continuously optimize lead generation and marketing communication methods for compliance and impact

Requirements:

    • 2–4 years of proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or social media strategy
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Proven experience in campaign strategy and execution, ideally within a digital-first or consumer brand environment
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
    • Proficient in interpreting analytics data and using insights to inform decisions
    • Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
    • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
