We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team of experts. Your role will be to support the design and tech teams in implementing our customers' digital products and strategies.
The creation of this position represents a major change in our organizational approach. By joining our team, you will facilitate the operational management of projects, so that our designers and developers can concentrate fully on their area of expertise and have fewer client relations to manage. The structure and rigor you bring to the table are strategic in the evolution of our customer relations, and have a direct impact on the development of our company.
🧙♂️ As a project manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the framing of commercial proposals and pre-sales documents.
- Organize client and internal project meetings.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the elements presented before each meeting.
- Coordinate the implementation of defined actions on projects.
- Participate in drafting functional specifications or any other project documentation.
- Ensure quality control and compliance of developments with the requirements and scope previously defined.
- Support the production director in managing the agency's schedule and assembling project teams.
👩🚀 Your secondary responsibilities will include:
- Ensure teams have proper access to various project tools.
- Follow deployment procedures and service production.
- Contribute to the improvement of our deliverables and working methods.
🏴☠️ Your experience should demonstrate to us that:
- You are capable of managing the implementation of highly functional digital products, from commercial framing to production and deployment, or handing over to a provider responsible for development.
- You are professional, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple subjects simultaneously, enabling you to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and interact with various levels of stakeholders, including in highly strategic and political contexts.
- You are a versatile expert who sees design and technology as two sides of the same coin. Passionate and curious, you stay up-to-date with market methods and innovations to advance the state of the art and avoid reinventing the wheel when standards already exist.
💸 Compensation
- From €50,000 gross per year
- Minimum 4 years' experience required
- Fluency in French and English
🌍 Localisation
- Position is based in the Paris region (for customer meetings)
- Work from home is possible (excluding on-site & off-site)
- We have pleasant offices in Montreuil, permanently accessible
- A quarter of the team based outside the Paris region: Lyon, Montpellier, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Nantes...
- 6 on-site work sessions per year, in Montreuil, 2-3 days on site (expenses paid)
- 1 off-site work session per year, in a third location, organized over 4 to 6 days depending on the year (expenses covered)
