We are looking for an Intermediate/Senior Product Designer to join our team of experts. Thanks to your skills in interface design, user experience design, and your experience, you have enough perspective to design and produce digital products with very strong functional dimensions. By orchestrating the business and user needs of the digital products entrusted to you alongside our lead designers, you will participate in the creation of innovation and strategic opportunities for our clients.
🧙♂️ As a Intermediate/Senior Product Designer your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Understand the underlying user needs and product business issues, based on the knowledge of your customers and our lead designers, to ensure that your response is adapted to the context and constraints
- Model concepts in the form of intermediate deliverables to efficiently gather all stakeholders around a common product vision, well before the creation of interfaces: user stories, experience maps, user flows,...
- Design and prototype interfaces that are as ergonomic as they are elegant and memorable, with a high level of fidelity expected from the wireframes, and mock-ups often created from an existing visual identity
- Guarantee a fluid and consistent final user experience by ensuring graphic and functional quality control after technical implementation, and by creating UI kits to accelerate implementation
👩🚀 Your secondary responsibilities will be to:
- Deepen the understanding of users when the customer context allows it, by organizing user tests, workshops, and qualitative or quantitative studies
- Contribute to the improvement of our methods and deliverables so that they remain relevant and intelligible to our clients
- Contribute to the sharing of our know-how both within the team and with our clients
- Be attentive to the client's needs even if you do not necessarily ensure direct contact
- Be aware of the balance between resources, deadlines and budget even if not responsible for them
🏴☠️ Your experience should show us that :
- You have a perfect mastery of Figma and prototyping tools that allow you to quickly execute and iterate on interfaces, taking into account the rules and constraints of design (grid, accessibility, typescale ...).
- You are able to combine these operational skills with your digital culture and your past experience on products. You are able to reconcile business objectives with user needs and are proactive in the advancement of the digital products entrusted to you.
- You are a generalist expert who sees design and technology as two sides of the same coin. Passionate and curious, you keep abreast of market methods and innovations to advance the state of the art and not reinvent the wheel when standards already exist.
- You are professional, synthetic and sufficiently at ease with oral communication to be able to present your work and defend your choices in front of the customer or your peers.
💸 Compensation
- 40 000€ — 70 000€ gross per year
🌍 Localisation
- In-office or hybrid work in the Paris region, or fully remote in France
- Pleasant offices in Montreuil, open all week and serving as a meeting point for our onsite sessions.
- A quarter of the team is based across France: Lyon, Montpellier, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Nantes...
- Everyone is free to choose what suits them best
