We currently have a Project Coordinator position available for a motivated individual to join our team in Exeter. Joining us on a full-time basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
 
About the role

The role will be working closely with the Head of Strategy and Transformation and the Operations Transformation Office Programme Manager working on a large number of change projects of varying size from application to conclusion.
You will provide analytical support to the transformation office, ensuring project data is kept up-to-date and analysing progress in terms of implementation and benefits realisation. This will include developing and managing data reporting and dashboards.
You will assist other team members to maximise Project & Delivery Team performance, particularly in terms of time and cost (Actual Cost v Target Cost), as ensuring that Project Teams comply with parent company, SWW Management Systems and other requirements.
You will also support the cadence of weekly progress meetings and produce weekly progress reports for Executive level review. 

What you’ll be doing:

    • Analyse and review financial data to understand weekly progress in terms of costs and benefits against target.
    • Review, develop and maintain bespoke reporting and analysis across the transformation programmes, including dashboards and financial graphs.
    • Coordination and consultation with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects to meet all parties’ expectations.
    • Initial review of business cases to confirm project is required and identify key delivery requirements.
    • Produce weekly progress reports and programme communications for dissemination to the programme, the wider business, and the executives. 
    • Innovation in technical issues and problem solving.
    • Ensure projects are closed out in a timely manner in accordance with procedures.

What we are looking for:

    • Presentation and reporting skills – able to present information to a range of audiences using a range of media. 
    • Computing with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to manipulate and analyse data effectively, using computer-based spreadsheet packages
    • Experienced user of SQL, Think-Cell and Power BI
    • Experience of working with financial data related to both capital and operational expenditure
    • Experience in project management, project support or project administration
    • Formal training in statistical analysis techniques and problem solving
    • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English
