Aquacare is a specialist water hygiene and commercial heating provider offering expert assistance to businesses of all sizes. Through monitoring and remedial action, we help businesses build and maintain compliant Legionella control systems and modern and efficient heating plant rooms resulting in long-standing high-quality relationships. Aquacare is part of the Pennon Water Services Team, which is part of the Pennon Group.

Great opportunity for a Customer Service Scheduler to join our Bournemouth based team on a full-time, permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £26,000 per annum plus benefits.
PWS is the water retailer for non-household customers of Bournemouth Water and South West Water. We also incorporate Aquacare, a water hygiene specialist, to provide Value Added Services (VAS) that set us apart from competitors in the market.
The Role
As a Customer Service Scheduler, you will be key to driving business growth by progressing customer contracts and managing the scheduling of assigned work. You will help ensure Aquacare operates efficiently through effective administration, supporting the business in meeting sales turnover and gross profit targets by delivering tasks in an organised and professional manner.

What you'll be doing
- Logistic mapping of contracted works within the field teams working hours.
- To manage and update existing Contracts.
- Contact customers to ensure appointments are agreed for technicians
- Planning and scheduling works to meet with contract KPIs and compliance of tasks for each customer
- Database Customer Management and working extensively with ‘in-house’ Legionella Control Management Software.
- Data analyse of completed Legionella control results.
- Working with clients to resolve positive identified legionella issues and ensuring fast remedials actions are carried out
- Assist Account management team with the performance of contracted works.
- Flexibility within cross trained administration tasks.
What we're looking for
- Experience or background in scheduling or logistics, with the ability to manage and optimise field teams’ work allocation within their hours while anticipating potential risks such as overtime or underutilisation.
- Educated to GCSE/A-level or NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent) with strong numeracy and excellent MS Office skills, including Excel.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or commercial environments, ideally working alongside sales managers, engineers, and operations teams.
- Excellent general administration and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive, enthusiastic, flexible attitude with the ability to embrace change.
