We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Communications Manager to join our team based in the South West. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

You will be responsible for leading the customer communications strategy, ensuring timely, clear, and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Develop and implement customer communication plans
    • Manage crisis and incident communications
    • Work with digital and service teams to improve customer experience
    • Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness

What we are looking for:

    • Experience in customer communications and engagement
    • Strong writing and editing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
    • Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms
