We’re looking for a Resourcing Analyst to join our Customer Care team and help drive performance through smart resource planning and data-driven insights. This role is critical to ensuring we deliver excellent service to our customers while supporting operational efficiency across Billing, Wholesale, and Telephony teams.

Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Reporting on service levels and performance measures.
    • Proactive resource planning and trend analysis.
    • Identifying and mitigating performance risks.
    • Managing intraday resources and staff scheduling.
    • Supporting outbound customer campaigns.
    • Collaborating with IT on telephony improvements.
    • Testing new lines introduced to the business.

What We’re Looking For

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Experience leading and mentoring teams.
    • Strong initiative and self-management.
    • Level 3 education standard or equivalent experience (required).
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (desirable).
