Novaspace, formerly SpaceTec Partners is a strategy, management and communications consultancy group based in Munich and Brussels. Our broad array of services includes strategy and technology consulting, communication activities, and interdisciplinary project management mainly for public institutions (e.g. European Commission, European Space Agency, EUSPA, European Parliament, National Ministries, etc.) in the space and space applications domain. SpaceTec Partners further engages in venture capital and provides business coaching for start-ups and SMEs.
Novaspace, formerly SpaceTec Partners is offering a 6-month fulltime internship, based in Brussels, to support our firm both with administrative tasks and analytical and communication work for our clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and will be able to work well under pressure.
Your tasks include supporting our market development projects in the space domain such as:
- Desktop research and analysis
- Drafting project reports
- Preparation of presentations
- Creating communication material
- Support to administrative & financial processes
- Providing general & administrative support to colleagues and management
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong academic background
- Fully fluent in English
- Good problem solving skills, aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analytics, good writing and presentation skills
- Fast learner, flexible, organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and yet to work effectively and nicely in a team
Any one of the following additional skills would be a plus
- Experience in space business, earth observation, satellite navigation, transport policy, mobility, and security matters
- Knowledge about EU institutions and the EU Space Programme
- Engineering/ scientific background / interest in space technology
- Strong interest in graphic design and impactful communication
- Working proficiency in a second or more European languages, e.g.: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Polish ...
