Desired skills & experience

• Degree in business administration, finance or similar, ideally coupled with business practice in accountancy/controlling
• Business-minded analytic allrounder with experience in modern management processes as business partner for senior management, inspiring/coaching other professionals
• Pragmatic management style with ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Fast learner, flexible, organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Fully fluent in English
• EU citizen or permanent EU residence/work permit
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite

Any one of the following areas would be a plus

• Track record in business partnering and/or leadership
• Experience in finance, operations or HR in a consulting, law or accounting services firm
• Interest in improving professional service delivery
• Working knowledge in other European languages, e.g.: German, French, Dutch
• Experience in managing professional staff
