As our Senior Proposal Specialist, you'll join a team of marketing professionals working together to shape the success of our company. Every day we'll count on you to develop qualification packages, RFQ/P responses and interview presentations/materials while collaborating with marketing and operations teams to achieve the goal of advancing in the project pursuit process. What You'll Do

    • Independently lead and coordinate the development and production of multiple RFQ/P responses, ensuring adherence to specified timelines and quality standards.
    • Create compelling and professional presentations and materials for project interviews, leveraging advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate key messages and project capabilities.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to other marketing professionals, equipping them with the necessary skills and strategies to excel in the project pursuit process.
    • Maintain the CRM system (Unanet/Cosential), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on projects, clients, and contacts to support business development efforts.
    • Lead the preparation and submission of project and company award nominations, showcasing our achievements and capabilities within the industry.
    • Review, update, and curate content for the marketing content library, ensuring accessibility and relevance for use in future marketing materials and communications.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry peers and stakeholders, seeking out opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to enhance and expand your role, such as assisting with local community events, to drive value and support company objectives.
    • Attend company events and celebrations, capturing content for use on social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels to promote company culture and achievements.
    • Actively engage in weekly marketing calls and quarterly planning meetings, contributing insights and ideas to support team alignment and goal achievement.
    • Embrace and embody the "one company" approach by collaborating with and supporting all divisions, fostering a cohesive and unified organizational culture.

What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
    • Prior marketing or proposal experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
$83,200 - $114,400 a year
