Reporting directly to our CEO, Melanie Fellay, we’re adding a brand new role to the team! We’re looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Architect to be a bridge between solutions consulting, revenue enablement, and operational efficiency for our sales team. This role will be critical in maintaining the best possible Spekit sales demo environment, ensuring our internal enablement programs are world-class, and helping our sales team deliver compelling, high-impact demos to prospects and customers.

As a power user of Spekit, you’ll take full ownership of our demo org, continuously optimizing it to showcase our latest capabilities. You’ll also enable our revenue team (including pre and post sales teams), equipping them with the messaging, training, and best practices to excel in their roles. And finally, you’ll directly support sales—helping reps craft the perfect demo strategy or even jumping into calls to lead the demo yourself if needed.

What You’ll Do

    • Own and maintain our demo org—making it a world-class showcase of Spekit’s capabilities
    • Continuously evolve demo use cases, ensuring they reflect our latest product updates
    • Be the internal champion of Spekit—ensuring our own team uses it to the highest standard
    • Keep internal training and content fresh, helping the team follow best practices
    • Manage and optimize Spekit’s internal use, ensuring alignment across teams
    • Lead demo certifications and ongoing training for the sales team
    • Partner with our Product Marketers & Product Managers to educate reps on messaging, sales process, and best practices
    • Create and manage product demo videos, helping customers and prospects understand Spekit’s value
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, be available to help the sales team refine their approach ahead of key calls, and jump in on key sales calls to deliver high-impact demos if needed

What We’re Looking For in You

    • Spekit experience (strongly preferred): You have used Spekit before! With previous knowledge of the platform, you’ll be able to ramp up quickly and drive immediate impact
    • Sales experience: Ideally you have experience as a software seller and understand how to connect solutions to pain points effectively
    • Enablement mindset: You have either built or run sales enablement programs and/or you are a natural go-to resource, always looking for ways to help your team improve and succeed
    • Go-getter mentality: This role reports directly to our CEO. Therefore we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, speaks up when needed, and proactively finds solutions to challenges 
    • Strong communicator: You enjoy explaining concepts, training teams, and guiding others with clarity and confidence
    • Denver-based: This role requires you to be on-site in Denver, CO with the sales team a few times per week
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
Exact compensation will be determined upon relevant skills, expertise, years of experience and location
