Placé au début du cycle de vente, le Business Developer (BDR) a pour mission principale de créer un premier point de contact et d’engagement auprès de prospects d'équipes financières. Tu génères des leads qualifiés pour alimenter le pipeline des Account Executives. Tu t'adresses principalement aux comptables, CFO et DAF sur le marché français des SMB de 20 à 250 employés.

Ce rôle de BDR est une parfaite occasion d’avoir un impact tangible sur le business et de te positionner pour d'excellentes opportunités d’évolution au sein de l’équipe Sales.

Tes Missions:

    • Tu seras uniquement sur une stratĂ©gie outbond et tes missions seront les suivantes:
    • Prospection: RĂ©aliser des campagnes de prospection outbond (cold-calls, emails, vidĂ©o-mails, social selling, Ă©vènements etc..) afin de crĂ©er un premier point de contact avec le prospect et obtenir un rendez-vous.
    • Qualification: Qualifier et comprendre les besoins du prospect afin de pouvoir l'orienter de manière consultative vers la solution Spendesk si celle-ci est adaptĂ©e.
    • Collaboration: TransfĂ©rer les informations du prospect aux Account Executives afin de leur permettre de signer de nouveaux clients
    • CRM: Monitorer ta performance via des metrics d'activitĂ©s issus de nos CRM (Salesforce, Salesloft).
    • Feedback: Faire des feedbacks au quotidien pour continuer Ă  faire grandir l’équipe Sales.

Profil Recherché:

    • Tu as une très bonne communication orale et Ă©crite pour Ă©changer avec des C-Level en Finance.
    • Tu es ambitieux, tenace et tu n’as qu’une envie: dĂ©passer tes objectifs
    • Tu aimes et considères le cold-call comme le meilleur moyen de contacter tes prospects
    • Tu es team player dans l'âme et prĂŞt Ă  prendre des risques pour ton Ă©quipe
    • Tu parles parfaitement français et l’anglais est un plus
    • Bonus : tu as dĂ©jĂ  une première expĂ©rience Sales et en tant que SDR/BDR
