Who are we?

We’re Spendesk, a FinTech SaaS Platform on a mission to help companies spend smarter. We’re based in Paris and Berlin but serve great teams all across Europe. We believe there’s a better way to manage team spend, and we’re building the platform to do just that. With Spendesk, employees can pay for what they need without creating more work for the finance team.

Spendesk was founded in June 2016 with eFounders, a startup studio in Paris. Drivy, Konbini, Dataiku, and Deezer were among our first customers, and now we’re proud to say we serve 1,400+ fast-growing companies.

We’ve raised three rounds of funding: €2 million, €8 million and €35 million in september 2019 which came from Index ventures.

What will you do ?

You will help our Customer Success Team to manage their day-to-day operations and will contribute to make the experience of our clients a better one. Being a Customer Success Intern, you’ll deep dive into our customer-centric vision and how we execute it on a daily basis. You’ll learn along the way the processes, methods & key results of the Customer Success journey.

- You will be the right hand of our Customer Success Managers, helping them to handle challenges they face on a daily basis
- You will work on operational support to deliver the best customer experience
- You will be the main owner of preparing, checking and sending gifts
- You will also be a great help for our CS Ops department, cleaning & updating data within our current CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
- You will be in regular contact with our Banking department, making sure we meet all the compliance requirements on time for our clients.
- You will help monitoring our customers’ activity, pushing usage for our all-in-one spending management platform.

Must have :

- You are curious and quick learner, you have the ability to absorb quantity of new information.
- You hold dear the success of our customers and will prove it in the way you do your job on a daily basis.
- You are a rigourous, patient and empathetic person.
- You are comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- You have a passion for startups or dynamic environments. Previous experience in a similar working environment is a plus.

Preferred experience :

Extra (would be great)

- Previous experience in B2B SaaS company.
- Previous experience in User Care, Customer Success or Operations.
