Your mission is to lead and expand our UK sales team, which is currently in Paris and very soon we will be opening up an office in London. The UK already has a client base of 300 happy SMB business using our solution and we can see a huge opportunity in the UK based on our traction so far, both in small cap and mid market segments. Hence we are looking for an ambitious sales leader to own the market expansion and commercial teams, acting as site lead for the London office.

As Country Manager on the UK market you will be responsible for the new revenue growth in the UK & Ireland. You will be leading our current sales and account management teams as well as participating in all the strategic decisions regarding growth on this market.

What will you do ? ✍️

Sales strategy & execution on the market
Hire & grow the team, we have 8 in Paris already and we wish to grow the group sustainably and substantially in the coming 18 months
Responsible for pipeline generation & new sales on the market initially, moving to bigger deals as we move upsegment and the team scales
Performance monitoring and optimizing for growth
Optimization of processes hand in hand with our operations & BI team
Work closely with Marketing, Customer success, support teams & product to ensure our long-term success on the market
Be the face of the company on the market
The first 18 months will consist of:

The perfect fit 👉

6+ years sales experience in data-driven or tech related organisations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS Startup environment
3-4 years of experience in leadership position in a sales organization leading 20+
Experience in software, B2B, SMBs & mid-market companies is a must have
Strong knowledge in one the following industries: procurement (including expense management, corporate cards, travel expenses), accounting, finance is a plus.
Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards and hitting targets
Proven track record of sustained target achievement
Deep understanding of the entire funnel of the sales cycle and profound practical experience of each of the stages
Native English, no need to speak other languages, we're an international company
